Is there a showroom where we can see the articles before placing an order?

For the moment, our premises are not open to the public. If you wish to get more detailed information about a specific product (its finish, its fabric…) contact us and we will do our best to answer. For example, we could send detail pictures.

How often is the website updated?

Can I offer a present from Le Repère des Belettes?

We can deliver directly to the person of your choice. If you wish, we can also join the note you will have written for him/her. The invoice, of course, will be sent to the buyer.

My purchase does not satisfy me. What can I do?

You are not entirely satisfied with your purchase? No problem.

You have 7 days after you receive the article to send it back. Go to the ‘Delivery’ index on the homepage of this website where you can find the methods of return.

What can I do if the item I have received is the wrong one or if it is broken?

In case of a mistake from LEREPEREDESBELETTES.COM (article missing, mistake in the order) we are committed to pay for any expense for the return of the article. If the item concerned is in stock, we will send it back to you for free.
